We sit down together in a discreet room. A gentle scalp and hair analysis, an honest chat, and no pressure to decide anything on the day.

Choosing your piece
We match base material, length, thickness and shade to your own hair. Silk, Swiss lace, French lace, mono or PU, chosen for your scalp.

Cut, colour and fit
Your topper or wig is cut and coloured to blend with your natural hair and suit your face, then fitted so it feels secure and light.

Care for the long run
We show you how to wear and care for it at home, and you come back for refreshes as your hair and life change.

Is the hair real?
Yes. We work with human hair pieces, which means they can be cut, coloured and restyled over time, just like your own hair. They look and move naturally.
Will anyone be able to tell?
That is the whole point of a bespoke fitting. Your piece is matched to your shade, cut to suit your face and fitted to sit securely, so it blends with your natural hair.
Can you match my exact hair colour?
That is the heart of a bespoke fitting. We match your piece against a human-hair colour ring to find your natural shade, and because it is real hair we can colour it to get there, roots included, so it blends rather than sits on top.
Can my topper or wig be coloured later?
Yes. Every piece we work with is 100% human hair, which means it can be recoloured and restyled just like your own hair. As your natural colour changes, or you simply fancy something different, bring it back and we will rework it.
Is the colour and cut included, or extra?
Colour matching and cutting are part of your fitting, not an add-on. A piece that has not been coloured and cut to you is not finished, so we do not treat it as an optional extra.
